Birth is a transformational rite of passage that inevitably changes you, and brings up a lot of emotion.
It's fairly common that there was at least one unexpected, surprising or unwanted moment during your birthing experience that left you feeling perhaps shocked, confused, betrayed, ashamed, or powerless. You may find yourself circling the same questions — Who am I now? How did this happen to me?
Many people think the passing of time, trying to forget it, or telling their story over and over is enough. Although these strategies might bring temporary relief, what's often needed is having your story deeply explored by a birth story listener — so a shift in meaning, transformation, and healing can take place.

A Birth Story Healing session invites you to re-examine your birth experience in an entirely new way.
On our own, it's easy to become lost in our stories. Although what happened during birth cannot be changed, the story and its impact on your life can change.
Through a compassionate lens, I will guide you to uncover the meaning behind unresolved and challenging moments from your birth that continue to weigh on you. Over one or more sessions, insights are gained, hidden meanings are revealed, and a shift may surprisingly reveal itself to you.
